Jose Fernandez

Jose Fernandez is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of IT Technical Solutions – New York-based Managed Service Provider committed to simplifying today’s technology’s complexity for small businesses. He believes organizations can leverage technology to overcome obstacles, maximize productivity and increase revenue.

Jose spent the earlier part of his career working at Dell, Worldwide Tech Services, and Unisys where he gained experience in networking, security, software applications, backup and disaster recovery, and operations management. He then moved on and co-founded TecProcol, a premier printer repair maintenance company that specializes in laser printers.

In 2019 Jose saw that many small businesses did not have IT staff capable of managing and supporting the technology needs of different types of small organizations. He also noticed that managed service providers were not interested in these small businesses because they considered them too small to be worth supporting. In 2020 he founded IT Technical Solutions to fill this gap and help small business owners overcome technology and support challenges.

Jose holds an associate degree in Information Technology from Monroe College. He continues to further his education by completing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Monroe College.
