Carlos Ramirez

Carlos Ramirez is Sales and Service Manager at IT Technical Solutions. Carlos is responsible for sales operations and on-site services. Carlos uses his expertise in operations and sales to drive corporate growth by delivering IT Technical Solutions to organizations in established and new markets in all of New York state.

Prior to this role, Carlos held leadership roles in several health and technology firms in the New York area. He leads the IT Technical Solutions sales teams to deliver innovative and practical technology solutions to small and medium businesses. He assumed this role in 2020 when Covid-19 started.

Carlos began his career at Gigatech Technologies, a company he founded and later sold in 2018, Shortly thereafter, Under Carlos’s leadership, IT Technical Solutions customer-facing professionals earned distinction as one of the most successful and customer-focused organizations in any industry.

Carlos works full time and is pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in business management.
